Below are the terms and conditions of Hildreth’s Garden Club membership and our policy on privacy which we hope you will be reassured to see. By paying the joining fee of £5 you are accepting our terms and conditions.
Membership
Membership of the Hildreth’s Garden Club entitles you to 10% discount off plants, garden sundries, compost, tools, seeds and garden chemicals every day for 12 months from the date of joining. The Hildreth’s Garden Club card replaces all existing discount cards issued by Hildreth’s.
10% off relates to the above Garden Centre purchases only and does not include BBQs, garden furniture, Country Threads, or any products sold in Hildreth’s Hardware shop or the Cook & Gift Shop. Hildreth’s reserves the right to exclude any particular products from discount
Only one membership is allowed per person. We reserve the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
Purchases of Hildreth’s Garden Club membership will include the following benefits.

- Special offers and expert advice in store and via our monthly newsletter
The Hildreth’s Garden Club Card (“the Card”) cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or sale offer.
On paying the joining fee you will receive the membership card which is not transferable. The membership card may only be used by the registered owner. The membership card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card. Customers purchasing membership agree to provide their personal information for registration to the Hildreth’s Garden Club. Your information will be used in line with our privacy policy Online membership purchase and annual renewal will require you to give your email address that will be used for marketing purposes in line with our privacy policy. Should you not wish to provide an email please speak to our Garden Centre team who will organise this for you or visit our garden centres to use the paper based application form in-store.
The discount can only be given instore by presenting your membership card. Your membership card / number must be presented before purchasing any goods in the Garden Centre. Membership cards stored on mobile devices cannot be accepted.
Membership is for 12 months from the date of joining. Membership then automatically renews for a further 12 months by payment of the annual fee. If you wish to terminate this ongoing membership at anytime, please notify the Hildreth’s team either in store or by email: enquiries@hildreths.co.uk. Membership cards are not routinely replaced on renewal of membership.
Hildreth’s reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
If your Hildreth’s Garden Club Card is lost or stolen please notify us by calling 01494 862 720 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Calls are charged at local rates from a BT landline. Mobile and other service providers rates may vary. We will cancel your Card upon notification and will issue a replacement card which we will send to you by post, there is a charge of £5 for replacement of a lost card.

Our Privacy Promise
We will never release your details to companies outside Hildreth’s for it’s marketing purposes. Hildreth’s takes security of your personal information very seriously and adhere to all current legislation. Members can unsubscribe to our newsletter at any time using the link provided on all emails we send.
