We are looking for a part-time Till Assistant at Hildreths to provide excellent customer service, operate the cash register, and maintain a high level of store appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, be reliable, and have a positive attitude. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
* Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
* Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional manner
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and folding merchandise
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and store goals
* Perform daily tasks, such as opening and closing the store, and counting till floats
Requirements:
* 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a clothing store
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work part-time, [insert number] hours per week
* Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating the cash register
* Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Desired Qualifications:
* Previous experience with a point-of-sale system
