We’ve got some exciting news for our Hildreth’s customers! Our Garden Club discount card has got an upgrade – and we’ve replaced it with something that gives you even more ways to be rewarded when you shop with us.
Every time you shop, you’ll collect points that can build up to spend on future purchases. You’ll also get access to member-only offers, along with early news about events, promotions and sales.
It’s our way of saying a massive thank you for shopping local at our family-run business.
Welcome to Hildreth’s Rewards
One of the biggest changes is that now your rewards aren’t limited to the garden centre.
You can earn points across the different parts of Hildreths, including:

🔨 Hardware and garden essentials
🍳 The Cookshop
🧥 Country clothing
🎁 Gifts and more
So, whether you’re buying something for the garden or treating yourself to something from another part of the store, your shopping can help you earn rewards. Best of all, No more searching for a card – your Hildreths Rewards account is right there on your phone.
What happens to the old Garden Club discount card?
The Garden Club discount card has been our way of saying thank you since it launched just over a year ago, but Saturday 17th October 2026 will be the final day it can be used.
After that, the Garden Club discount card will no longer be valid as we move across to Hildreths Rewards.
If you’re already a Garden Club member, we haven’t forgotten about your £5 membership.
Your £5 is coming back to you in points!
When you switch to Hildreth’s Rewards, you can claim 500 points worth £5 – the full value of your original membership.
To get your points, simply:
- Download the free Hildreth’s Rewards app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and tap the side menu, then choose Activate account.
- Claim your 500 points via this link using the simple online form. You’ll just need your name and the email address you used to register your app account.
We’ll add your 500 points to your account within a few days.
